Dogan motel has a good restaurant and is very friendly. The owners (Sertan and Tayfun) know us well as we regularly stayed there when Villa Anni was being built. The guests are mainly British, plus quite a few locals meet at the bar, or stay there. If you want to use the beach and swimming pool, they will naturally expect you to eat/drink there. You can also pay in Sterling if you are running short of YTL. If you call Sertan and say you are from Villa Anni he will drive over and pick you up, saving you the 20 minute walk.
The Palmiye motel, is at the far end of the village, on the main road towards Turgot. It is family owned and the service is friendly.
Bilgin’s restaurant is the first restaurant on the road heading up towards the marina. Bilgin is friendly and speaks some English. He does good village breakfasts, and a range of main meals, including Turkish ravioli.
